Kendal Kotter, CIEKendal Kotter’s professional career began as the Owner/Operator of Kotter Enterprises. He built this construction/remolding company from the ground up with an emphasis on commercial and residential roof replacements. As the Environmental industry began to grow, Heaton Environmental had the need to expand and bring in more expertise. In December 1999, Terry Heaton and Kendal Kotter decided to join forces and strengthen both companies under Heaton Environmental, Inc. Kendal received his BBA from Georgia State University with a major in Real Estate Management.He has also completed Environmental Courses which compliment his hands on background in the building and construction industries. These Courses and associated areas of expertise include but are not limited to: Master Shingle Applicator, Certified Indoor Environmentalist (CIE), Mold Assessment and Remediation in Buildings, Indoor Air Quality Practical and Applied, Specialty Sampling Methods, Asbestos Inspector, and NIOSH 582. Kendal is the lead Project Manager for Heaton’s non-environmental consulting division and brings many years of practical experience in the construction and environmental field. He has supervised countless commercial and residential projects throughout the Eastern United States. He has located and coordinated contractors in multi-states and achieved a 95% on time completion. Kendal’s responsibilities include overseeing everyday operations for both the Environmental and Non-Environmental divisions of Heaton Environmental, client development,marketing, and project Management. __________________________________________________________________________________ |
